Fishing
There is a fish pond at spawn by the car shop, that also has a place to sell caught custom fish and to store fishing utilities! (Utilities Coming Soon)
When catching fish normally, there will be a minigame in order to catch the fish, mainly by timing pressing shift without the reel going in the red, losing the fish.
You can go up to the NPC by the blue tent near the fishing pond and right-click it to open the fishing market to sell custom caught fish for money!
